nothing-rhymes-with-ianto: Rehearsing the amazing “Everybody lives!” scene. Is that what that is??  That’s awesome!  I’ve seen this before and I always thought he was just greeting a bunch of people out of frame somewhere. Ha, he’s even making an “L” sound with his tongue, it looks like, so I think that must be right!  How cool to see that scene in its infancy, as it was being developed! (Also, it was clearly cold.)

HAVE I MENTIONED HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS PICTURE?!?! It&#8217;s on my desktop now, and every time I clear all the other windows and see it unexpectedly it makes me kiss my finger and drop it on his nose (Biggest target. Sorry, couldn&#8217;t resist. Also, you now know what a freak I am, smearing Chapstick on my computer screen several times a day.)  I do this because it just makes me SO HAPPY.  I love the look of mischief in his eye, the funny, snobby face he&#8217;s making (maybe because it looks like he&#8217;s somewhere snooty, what might be an opera house&#8212;sitting in a box, no less), and his hair looks SO MUCH BETTER now that he&#8217;s cut it &#8212; he looks eons younger.  Then there&#8217;s his shirt, which, if I imagine I was there and able to look at him straight on in correct lighting, must be doing AMAZING things for his eyes, drawing out the pale blue in a knee-weakening manner.  (That and it skims his torso pretty closely and giving me mental pictures of what he looks like underneath is always a good thing.  I don&#8217;t know why but seeing pictures of his bare torso right above his waistband&#8212;like the one with the &#8220;Eat Me&#8221; tattoo?&#8212;always gets me very wibbly.  It feels like a familiar sight when you&#8217;re living with a man, seeing him getting dressed every day. It feels like something intimate and privileged to a man&#8217;s lover.  I don&#8217;t know, see &#8220;freak&#8221; note above.) Also, if this is a paparazzo who&#8217;s snuck up on him, he&#8217;s being SO COOL TO HIM by giving him this silly picture instead of telling him to fuck off.  (I promise, the capslock abuse won&#8217;t last much longer.  Also, I don&#8217;t think I have the Tumblr aesthetic down, mostly because I can&#8217;t be brief.  This is so much more an LJ post, isn&#8217;t it?  Fine, expect to see it there, too.)  He must have been in a very good mood that night, or something.  PICTURE LOVE!  Okay, end of squee for which I much too old.

  1. is only three years older than me, so it’s completely appropriate for me to lust after him and in principle we’d be ideal to date (except he only seems to date beautiful, slender actresses 10-15 years his junior.  Hey, I…have acted!)
  2. is absolutely so fucking hot, in everything he does: not just his body but his humor, his charm, his mannerisms, his talent…::drifts off for a moment::
  3. is a fellow Aquarius, too :)
  4. an atheist, which after years of being brought up Christian I’m starting to believe I may be too (or at least, my beliefs on how the world works are SERIOUSLY changing.)
  5. I heard he was 6’ 2”, which makes me very happy.
  6. is absolutely a great actor, though I wish he’d pick fewer dead-depressing, rip-the-viewers’-hearts-out parts.  I understand he likes material that challenges him, the audience, preconceptions and imparts capital-T Truth, but I love his other sides and I don’t think life and Truth are ONLY about those things. The ways people save each other with love and humor, banding together to help get through this circle jerk called life, are truth, too.
  7. I totally want to send him some of the things I post about him because I think they’re valid observations and I’d like him to consider them. I’d like to talk to him about all sorts of things, really — I think I’m smart enough to possibly challenge him, if he likes challenges so much. :) We could sit down in a pub or something and perhaps we’d be able to argue spiritedly, in a good-natured way. Maybe make each other laugh - I know he makes me laugh, I bet I could return the favor.
  8. And then I’d jump him, the better to teach him the many virtues of bountifully-breasted American women his age. ;)
